📊Join 53 of Your Colleagues and Take the Wellness Survey! 🌱(Plus, Systemwide Strat Planning Info Slides)

Please view the slideshow around systemwide strategic planning if you missed the Chancellor Updates.

I am still collecting feedback on the wellness survey (https://bit.ly/kapwell) to incorporate holistic health into our future planning efforts. I’d be grateful if you could participate before I begin analyzing the results on Monday morning (Sept 12th).

🎉Mahalo to the 53 survey participants who shared their concerns, sources of strength, and needs for support with me already!🎉

With gratitude,
Kara

🌿Wellness Survey Link from Convocation🌿

By voicing our collective needs and celebrating our strengths, a community of care can flourish at Kapiʻolani CC.  🎉Mahalo to the 29 faculty & staff who took the time to share their experiences.🎉 Imagine if we had 290 responses when the results are reported to the campus! Please help make that happen by answering four questions by next Friday, September 2nd.

Yup, there are two links to the same survey, just to give folks more chances to contribute. 😉

You will then brainstorm strategies and potential metrics that could lead to our preferred future.
