Announcements at 2020 Spring Convocation

The 2020 Spring Convocation is on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at 8:30-11:00 a.m. in the ‘Ōhi‘a Cafeteria.

We will be showing campus-wide announcements on a powerpoint presentation during coffee time from 8:30-9:00 a.m.

Please email Joanne Whitaker (joannewh@hawaii.edu) a powerpoint or pdf version of your announcement (landscape orientation) by Tuesday, January 7, 2020, and I will drop it into the powerpoint presentation without alteration. After the Convocation, the announcements will be posted several times on News and Events.

Lama Library Closed Dec. 23-Jan. 3

Lama Library, the Lamakū Learning Center, and the Testing Center will be closed to the public from Dec. 23-Jan. 3.

The Library will re-open Mon.-Fri., Jan. 6-10, from 8am-4pm. The Testing Center will resume opening at 9am beginning Jan. 6.
Regular Spring 2020 hours (similar to Fall 2019) will resume on Jan. 13 and will be posted to our website in early January.
