Don’t miss this delicious four-course gourmet Spring dinner from Chef Mavro, Hawaii’s only independently owned AAA Five Diamond restaurant. Prepared by Kapi`olani Culinary students working side-by- side with Chef Mavro’s culinary team. We don’t sell liquor but you are welcome to bring your own.

“For this one night we’re bringing our kitchen to all the students of Chef Warren Uchida’s class instead of one student coming to stage at the restaurant,” commented Executive Chef Jeremy Shigekane.

“I’m always eager to take care of the next generation and look forward to mentoring the students,” said Chef Mavro.
