Cybersecurity analysts are in high demand with an estimated 3.5 million jobs going unfilled in the world and the demand keeps growing. In Hawai`i, there are nearly 2,500 unfilled cybersecurity positions.

The esteemed presenter is Mr. Armand Hernandez, an experienced information security professional, who has worked for more than 18 years establishing and managing information security management programs in international organizations in Asia, the U.S. and Canada. He has a comprehensive understanding of organization-specific compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, NERC, NIST-800 SERIES, PCI-DSS, CIS-CSC, HITRUST, HIPAA, and other information privacy and security requirements. Mr Hernandez has also conducted numerous information security audits and consultations for public, private and not-for-profit sector clients in major industries such as healthcare, utilities, financial, gaming/casinos, telecommunications, construction, etc. He has wide-ranging and in-depth information security experience. He is currently a Director of the ISACA Vancouver Chapter and is the security subject matter expert in a large healthcare organization in Canada.
