According to our Kalāualani Council bylaws, Section 8.01 Evaluation, the Policy & Governance Committee is responsible to administer an evaluation of the effectiveness of the Kalāualani Core Council, Chair, and Bylaws at least every two years. The purpose of the evaluation is to make continual improvements in both the effectiveness and efficiency of the Kalāualani Council.
