Aloha Kapi’olani Community College Faculty,

The Institute of International Education (IIE) has partnered with Kapi’olani Community College(KCC) to create the IIE Passport Project on the campus. The scholarship will be awarded to 25 KCC students based on the eligibility criteria detailed below. Awards will be given on a first come, first serve basis and are for first time US Passport applications only. Students seeking US Passport renewals need not apply. Awardees are responsible to cover the cost of the required passport photos. The IIE Passport Project will cover the cost of the application and the passport.

Eligibility Criteria:
1) First-time US Passport Applicant
2) US Citizen
3) Home campus Kapi’olani Community College
4) First year KCC student status in Summer 2021 or Fall 2021
5) Pell-Eligible or Pell-Recipient in Summer 2021 or Fall 2021

*Application Deadline: December 3, 2021 Friday by 4:30pm.
