You are invited to “meet and greet” the two Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services candidates in an open forum on Friday, October 31, 2014. All we ask is if you go to one session, please go to the other to be fair.

The meet and greets will be:

Here is the format for the “meet and greets” on Oct. 31. Each session will be the same format.

1. A moderator will explain the ground rules to the group.

· Each “meet and greet” will be 45 minutes in length.
· Reminder that this is a meet and greet and not an interview.
· All questions should be as broad as possible – use questions that both candidates would be able to answer and, if possible, ask both candidates the same questions.
· If you would like to comment on the candidates, please do it in writing via email to Joanne Whitaker. Comments will be collected and forwarded to the Chancellor.
· Final decision on the candidates rests with the Board of Regents.

2. Each candidate will have 3-5 minutes to introduce himself.

3. After the self-introduction, the candidate will answer the question, “What is the most important role of the VC for Administrative Services?”

4. A Q & A session with the attendees will follow.
