The Office of Human Resources has planned a Pre-retirement workshop (FOR OAHU EMPLOYEES). Employees considering retiring within the next few years are encouraged to attend. Representatives from the Social Security Administration (SSA), Hawaii-Employer Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF) and Employees’ Retirement System (ERS) will present information on the various benefits and retirement options.

- 8:15 am – 9:15 am – SSA
- 9:15 am – 10:15 am – EUTF (health/medical benefits)
- 10:15 am – 10:30 am – break out to separate rooms
- 10:30 am – 12:00 pm – ERS (pension)
- Hybrid members remain in Spalding 155
- Non-contributory members to move to Webster 203
- Contributory members to move to Webster 114
If you are unsure as to which ERS plan you are in, please contact your department HR office.
As always, please ensure that you request and receive authorization from your supervisor prior to registering and attending any of these sessions.
