Our Culinary Team that recently won the gold medal at the American Culinary Federation’s (ACF) Regional Competition is gearing up for the National Competition, this July in Orlando, Florida.

The team will be at Island Olive Oil Company (Ward Village) doing a live demonstration to raise funds for their travels. They will be creating a menu that uses Island Olive Oil Company’s products in a collaborative effort to additionally bolster sales to support the team. A portion of the daily sales will go towards funding the team.
