Here are some helpful reminders about the APT performance evaluations:
1. Wednesday, October 31, 2018 – standard APT evaluation period ends. Supervisors should start preparing to complete on-line evaluations for APT subordinates.
2. Friday, November 30, 2018 – last day supervisors can complete on-line APT evaluations for the November 1, 2017 – October 31, 2018 rating period. Employees are given 7 calendar days to acknowledge the evaluation.
3. Friday, December 7, 2018 – the on-line evaluations will be archived and reset. Please remember to make copies of the evaluations for your files.
4. If an employee is on his/her initial 3-year probationary period and the supervisor has already certified expectations for the current rating period, please submit a request to
uh-broadband-l@lists.hawaii.edu before December 7 to not archive the expectations (include the position number in the email).
5. Monday, December 10, 2018 – Supervisors can begin entering new expectations in the system for the next rating period (November 1, 2018 – October 31, 2019). Please be aware that the past year’s expectations will be carried forward to the new rating period. Supervisors have the opportunity to add new expectations and to also retain, amend and/or delete this past year’s expectations.
