About us: The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is the nation’s largest leadership honor society and collegiate leadership development program. The NSLS differentiates itself from traditional honor societies in that students must complete a step-by-step leadership development program in order to become inducted.

The Kapiʻolani Community College Employment Prep Center (EPC) established a chapter with The NSLS for its students in August 2019. Su Lazo, Interim Coordinator for the EPC, and Angela Coloretti McGough, Interim Student Affairs Coordinator, serve as Chapter Co-Advisors.
