Come and join your colleagues and friends! Relax, enjoy the entertainment, eat delicious food, and have a great time before the semester starts! This event is about celebrating, recognizing and appreciating faculty, staff, and administration who have contributed their passion, hard work, and dedication to our students and our College. This event is only for faculty, staff, and administration. Below is a preview of the event’s program and menu.

Interim Chancellor Pagotto and Vice Chancellor Furuto has also permitted the consumption of alcoholic beverages at this event with strict guidelines – the most important is to BE RESPONSIBLE & DRINK RESPONSIBLY. So, come, kick back, relax, and talk story at 5:00 p.m. – bring your own pupu and alcoholic beverages. Aloha Club will be providing non-alcoholic drinks. We will start dinner at 5:45 p.m.

Once you RSVP, please see Alison Ohata or Jeri Poti (ʻIlima 206) to pay for (cash only please) your tickets ($15.00/person). We will not be selling tickets “at the door.” *Important Note: We will have your ticket(s) ready for pick up at Convocation. The tickets are non-refundable.  Just a friendly reminder: This is Faculty, Staff, and Administration-Only event.

We will be having a Silent Auction. A list of items for the Silent Auction will be shared soon.More details to come.

Also, we are printing brand new Neʻepapa Kalāhū shirts (polo and t-shirts) to wear at this event. To see the new design and color, please view the NEʻEPAPA KALĀHŪ Shirt & Ticket Order Form.

(please see attached). Please complete the form to purchase a new shirt(s). We will not be ordering extra shirts. Please drop off your order form and payment (cash only please) to Alison Ohata and Jeri Poti. They will be collecting payment for the tickets and the shirts. We will put your shirt(s) in your mailbox when it arrives. Your ticket(s) will be ready for pick up at Convocation.
