Deadline to apply for the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is Monday, Nov. 3, 2014 at 4:00pm.
Please be sure to submit the following to the Phi Theta Kappa Office in ‘Iliahi 231 Office 11:
ʻ1) Completed Phi Theta Kappa Application
2) Copy of STAR Transcript
3) Two completed faculty recommendation forms
4) Payment of membership fee ($95 cash or check made payable to “Alpha Kappa Psi”)
The Phi Theta Kappa office (‘Iliahi 231 Office 11) will be open on Monday, Nov.3 from 8:00am-4:00pm.
