Letʻs Find your “Culture Crush!”

The Employment Prep Center, Work-Based Learning Project, KapCC HR, and Kūlia ma Kapiʻolani – The Native Hawaiian CTE Project are hosting an event on April 19th, 3-4pm. Join US!!!

Students and staff/faculty are welcome!

The job search can be stressful, whether you’re graduating with a fantastic degree and entering the job market or transferring careers. Compensation and perks,
health care, the company’s history, technology availability, and work flexibility all
rank high on the list of things job seekers look for in a job, according to a study.
Oftentimes, “Company culture” and “organizational values” are not deciding factors
in the job selection process. This session will provide you insights into how you can
find your “culture crush” when looking for a job. In other words, let’s understand the
concept of “person-organization fit” that can help you make a career decision.
