rank high on the list of things job seekers look for in a job, according to a study.
Oftentimes, “Company culture” and “organizational values” are not deciding factors
in the job selection process. This session will provide you insights into how you can
find your “culture crush” when looking for a job. In other words, let’s understand the
concept of “person-organization fit” that can help you make a career decision.
